A Typical Day for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with Illini Restorative Care:
You will have the opportunity to directly and positively impact the health and well-being of the people you serve through the provision of professional nursing services within our community.
You will be responsible for creating a great work environment for our dedicated healthcare team members while making an impact in the lives of the residents and families we serve through resident-centered care in our 72-bed health center.
You will also act as a liaison with residents, families, and other departments while ensuring the team is providing quality care, and a high level of hospitality to our residents.
You will assist in the evaluation of the health care services needed for each resident. Plan, develop, and oversee the infection control program along with preparing and participating in surveys and inspections made by authorized government agencies.
Current Opening: Full-Time, Rotating Weekends

Our salary range for this position is based on years of experience.
