As a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Worker at Hearthstone you will be responsible for:
All aspects of the landscape architecture and work to maintain the highest quality appearance of all exterior property.
Keeping our exterior environment, grounds, landscaping, walkways and parking areas in a clean, safe and physically appealing manner.
Complete renovations in apartments and other general community grounds.
Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Complete preventative maintenance on equipment as assigned.
Understands and follows MSDS and label hazards for chemicals and insecticides/pesticides.
Maintains strict confidentiality of all resident and employee information required of this position.

Qualifications
Experience
Required
Lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Because you work in the homes of those we serve, we will need you to be able to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
At least two years of prior maintenance and facilities or environmental services experience is required with preference for vocational training in construction trades and/or building maintenance.
