A Typical Day for our Human Resource Specialist at Wesley on Grand:
Recruit new team members
Conduct reference and background checks
Conduct new hire orientation
Manage the onboarding process
Maintain HR files
Build strong relationships with our partners
FMLA and Work Comp
Participate in Culture Club
Current Openings:
Full-Time Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5pm
Compensation:
$20 - $28.00/hour
Daily Pay App: Opportunity to elect to receive daily payments through our app connected to our timekeeping systems.

Education

- Associates or better in Human Resource Administration
Experience
Required
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and show flexibility to change direction when needed.
1 year: Experience in recruiting. Healthcare recruiting is preferred but not required.
